Cyprus offers something increasingly rare in the Mediterranean: long open-air seasons, everyday safety, international access, family infrastructure and a way of life that works beyond the holiday months.
Limassol is one of Cyprus’s most dynamic and internationally connected residential markets. Yet the supply of truly considered private villas remains limited: homes with architectural intent, privacy, outdoor living, strong locations and dependable delivery.
MIXER was created to address this gap in the market.
Our ambition is to create private villa concepts in Cyprus that are not benchmarked against the local market, but against the best of Mediterranean living.

TWILL and ALTO are MIXER’s first two villa concepts — two distinct expressions of private Mediterranean living. One is a private community built around shared amenities; the other is a more intimate collection of elevated villas.

ALTO is a limited collection of three substantial private residences with panoramic sea views. Each residence has its own architectural identity, complete privacy and a close relationship with the natural landscape.

A private gated collection of villas centred around a clubhouse, pool, sports facilities and landscaped grounds. TWILL combines the privacy of an individual home with the community and convenience of a professionally managed setting.
