What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and any message you write to us.
• Cookie preference: a record of whether you have accepted or dismissed our cookie notice, stored locally in your browser.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract — legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• To remember your cookie preference and operate the site properly — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and serve the website and the data submitted through it: Render Services, Inc. (application hosting, Frankfurt, Germany), Neon Inc. (database, Frankfurt, Germany) and Cloudflare, Inc. (image storage).
• SHATRO Engineering, our delivery partner, only if your enquiry specifically relates to their services and you agree to be introduced.

International data transfers

Our website and database are hosted on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany — inside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider nonetheless processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and follow up on your interest — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship.

Cookies and similar technologies

At present, this website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only technology we use is essential local browser storage to remember that you have seen our cookie notice, so it is not shown again on your next visit.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent beforehand.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
