Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MIXER collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus data-protection law.

Who we are

This website is operated by MIXER (“MIXER”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Limassol, Cyprus. [Full registered company name and Cyprus company registration number to be added once confirmed by MIXER.]

For any questions about this policy or how we handle your personal data, contact us at hello@mixer.cy.

What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and any message you write to us.
  • Cookie preference: a record of whether you have accepted or dismissed our cookie notice, stored locally in your browser.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract — legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • To remember your cookie preference and operate the site properly — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.), which stores and serves the website and any data submitted through it.
  • SHATRO Engineering, our delivery partner, only if your enquiry specifically relates to their services and you agree to be introduced.

International data transfers

Our hosting provider may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and follow up on your interest — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship.

Cookies and similar technologies

At present, this website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only technology we use is essential local browser storage to remember that you have seen our cookie notice, so it is not shown again on your next visit.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent beforehand.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy), or your local supervisory authority

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
